Getting in Touch with Your Property Manager Follow

Here are three easy ways to contact your property manager:

1. Call us. Dial 773-572-0880 and select our dial by name directory option by pressing 4. You may also press 0 to be connected to our customer service team, where you can ask for your property manager’s contact information. Our office hours are between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST, from Mondays thru Fridays.

2. Use the chat option. Go to westward360.com and have a real-time chat with one of our customer service representatives.

3. Get your property manager’s email address. Go to westward360.com, click “Contact”, and hit "Address Lookup". Enter your association’s name or address on the search field, and wait for your property manager‘s email address to appear.
