Westward360 Association Management - Accessing the Resident Center (Illinois Only) Follow

Need to get access to the Resident Center, your one-stop-shop for all things about your Association? Follow our simple instructions below for assistance.

1. When your Association begins to receive management services from Westward360, if a valid email address has been received for your ownership account, you will have received an email from donotreply@managebuilding.com prompting you to create login credentials for our Resident Center. 
   
   Didn't receive this email, or can't find it? No problem! Chat with us here and let us know you need help creating your account for our Resident Center. Just pull up the Chat feature, and just let us know you need help.
   
2. Head to www.westward360.com. On any of the pages, head to the Sign In page in the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
3. If you are an owner at The Guild or Prairie District Lofts, please select the option accordingly. For all other Associations, please proceed to the Westward360 option.
   
   
   
4. Enter your login credentials accordingly, or if you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password in the bottom right-hand corner.
   
   
   
   
5. Have multiple units and trying to access a specific unit's page? You can get into your other units in one of two ways!
   1. From the original login page, you will be prompted to select which unit you are logging in for.
      
      
      
      
   2. If you are already logged into the Resident Center for one of your units, you can switch to your other unit's page by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to your name and clicking Switch Accounts
