Inherent to the preparation of financial delivery action items, all financial reports reviewed and generated by the accounting department are automatically sent out to the Board as soon as it is stepped to Step 51 - Post Board Financials. This automation creates a seamless process for the Board of each association to receive the monthly financial reports as soon as the team finishes off the financial review.

How Board Members Access Financial Reports

Automatic Email Delivery

Financial reports are automatically emailed to all Board members when the accounting department completes the financial review and steps the process to Step 51 - Post Board Financials.

Portal Access for Board Members

In cases where Board members did not receive the financial reports via email, they can access them through the Homeowner Vantaca Portal.

Navigate to the Documents tab

Open the "Financials - Board" folder

All monthly financial reports will be available in this folder.

How Homeowners Access Financial Reports

Note: Homeowners who aren't part of the Board can access available financial reports through the Association Financials folder.

Internal Access for Westward360 Staff

For ease of access for everyone who works internally within Westward360 and needs to access the complete financial reports of a certain association, the same folders that are available to Homeowners and Boards are also accessible in Vantaca.

To access association financial reports in Vantaca:

Locate the appropriate folder

All possible reports including financial reports will be available in the folders accordingly.
