Banking: Requesting Board Access for Wintrust and/or Alliance Bank Follow
Overview
This article explains how to request board access for Wintrust and Alliance Bank portals. Board members will receive view-only access to the portal and association bank ledger reporting, along with the ability to view and download statements.
Who Can Request Access
- Current board members of the HOA associations
- CM/ACMs/Accountants on behalf of board members
Required Information
To process your board access request, please provide the following information for each board member:
- Board Member's Full Name
- Board Member's Email Address
- Board Member's Phone Number
How to Submit Your Request
Send your board access request with the required information to:
Once your request is submitted and processed, an email will be sent to the board member containing their username and password along with detailed setup instructions. Upon your initial login, the board member will be guided through a security process to create his/her own personal password. For additional security, the system will request a one-time verification code, which will be sent to his/her registered phone number.
Access Level: Board members will receive view-only access to the HOA portal and association bank ledger reporting, along with the ability to view and download bank statements.
