3. Negotiate the contract: The condo association should negotiate a contract with the service provider that outlines the terms and conditions of the bulk service agreement, including pricing, service levels, and installation and maintenance requirements.
4. Inform unit owners: The condo association should inform unit owners about the availability of bulk services, the pricing, and the services that will be provided.
5. Collect fees: The condo association should collect a monthly fee from unit owners to cover the cost of the bulk services. The fee may be included in the monthly assessment or billed separately.
6. Manage the service: The condo association should manage the relationship with the service provider, monitor service levels, and ensure that any service issues are promptly addressed.
7. Renew the contract: The condo association should periodically review the service provider contract and renegotiate or renew the contract as needed to ensure that the bulk services continue to meet the needs of the unit owners.

By providing bulk cable and internet services, condo associations can offer a valuable amenity to unit owners while also reducing the cost of individual service subscriptions.
