Impact360: West3ward360's Staff Advisory Group Follow

Impact360 is Westward 360’s staff advisory group made up of employees from all CAM teams, locations, tenures and titles. Impact360 provides an avenue for employees to have impact on Westward360 policies and procedures through beta testing of new tools, reviewing new or changes to existing policies and facilitating employee feedback to the leadership team.  

 

Who We Are & Our Mission Scope

Impact360 serves as an advisory group focused on supporting the organization's overall growth and success. Our role is to provide constructive feedback, encourage collaboration, and help strengthen communication between staff and senior leadership. 

Membership is via application and is currently in 6-month terms. We represent all areas of Westward360 CAM and are in various offices, roles and tenures with W360. 

Our strategic vision includes:

  • Close communication gaps: create transparency between front-line staff and leadership
  • Foster new leaders: provide executive-level exposure for emergent talent across departments. 
  • Constructive feedback loop: formalize a two-way channel for actionable insights and direct improvements. 
  • Operational readiness: vetting new tools early to reduce friction during company-wide rollouts. 
  • Shared ownership: empower every employee to feel truly invested in our collective direction. 

 

What We AreWhat We Are Not
  • A representative employee advisory group
  • A sounding board for company-wide policies, procedures, tools, and initiatives
  • A channel for constructive, organization-wide employee feedback
  • A beta-testing and feedback group for proposed tools and processes
  • A source of practical recommendations to leadership
  • A substitute for HR, Compliance, Legal, IT support, or emergency reporting channels
  • A final decision-making or policy-approval body
  • A forum for resolving individual employment or interpersonal disputes
  • A union, grievance committee, or mediation service
  • A replacement for normal departmental escalation procedures

How to get involved

The applications for the next cohort (first 6 months of 2027) will be released in late Q4 2026 and new members will be announced in early 2027.
