Getting in Touch with Your Community Association Management Team Follow

Here are three easy ways to contact your management team:

1. Call us. Dial 773-572-0880 and select our dial by name directory option by pressing 4. You may also press 0 to be connected to our customer service team, where you can ask for your property manager’s contact information. Our office hours are between 8:30 AM to 5:00PM (local time), Monday thru Friday.

2. Use the chat option. Go to westward360.com, select Contact in the upper right corner, and have a real-time chat with one of our customer service representatives.

3. Get your community association's email address. For non-urgent matters, you may also email your association's dedicated address. If you're unsure of the correct address, you can find it here: Association Contact Search
