How To Run A Criminal Report in On-Site.com Follow

To run the report, go to https://www.on-site.com/

Login credentials:

Username: AReillyW360

Password:   OSMWW360Propertyware!

For added security, there is a security question:

What is your favorite TV Show?

The answer is: Propertyware

Before you run the criminal report in On-Site, first you would view the report from the Prospect record in PW to see if there are any warning messages, such as any invalid information. That could cause an issue when trying to run the criminal report.

Warning Messages are located in the highlighted area below:

Once logged into On-Site, you will see the blue link to VIEW ALL RECENT APPLICATIONS in the screenshot above.

Click on the one you need the criminal report for, such as Cascarano:

You will see the notation *Additional Screening Available. You will click on the button that says View Screening:

Then click Run Additional Screening:

Then you will check the box in the pink banner and click on Continue:

You will see this screen for a few seconds:

Then you will see this when it is done: Go back to PW and download the updated docs.

If you encounter any other screen besides the ones I show above, please just cancel the one you are on and send me the prospect name and I will take a look.

Many of the screens above contain information, such as lease status, lease agreements, documents, etc. However, none of that is part of the PW and On-Site integration so please do not change anything else other than what I have instructed above.

The On-Site system is sold as a stand-alone system to many customers who are not affiliated with Propertyware so that system is used in many different ways than what we utilize.

Another example, click View all Recent Applications:

Type the last name in the search box > click on the name in the list:

Click View Screening:

Click Run Additional Screening:

Check the confirm box > click the blue Confirm button:

The screening will run and then show as completed:
