- 1. Set pricing (150 days out).
- Does the property have a Pro-Forma pricing?
- If Yes:
- Enter pro-forma pricing.
- Pricing updated in renewal tracker.
- Send lease renewal (120 days out).
- If No:
- Get pricing from Director.
- Pricing updated in renewal tracker.
- Send lease renewal (120 days out).
- If Yes:
- Did tenant(s) signs lease renewal?
- If Yes:
- Lease is countersigned
- Propertyware updated
- Lease renewal fee is charged
- Lease is published to tenant and owner portal.
- If No:
- Follow-up procedure made to tenant.
- Tenant advised they are not renewing.
- Follow-up call to convince tenant to renew.
- Tenant agrees to sign OR:
- Tenant agrees to sign but at lower rate.
- Director approval
- Tenant agrees to sign but on a short-term lease.
- If lease ends between 03/31 - 07/31, resend lease renewal.
- Tenant still declines to renew:
- Create CMA / Turnover ticket (NONR Procedure).
