Android - Business Profile Follow

On Android, you must download Dialpad under your business profile. To do this, open the “Play Store” version with a briefcase in the corner. Please keep reading if you do not see this option on your phone.

If you do not have a business profile, go to Settings - Accounts and see if there is an option to add one.
If there isn’t an option, while still under accounts, log out of ANY Google account. This includes all personal and work accounts that are associated with Google.

Open the Gmail app and ensure all accounts are logged out.

In Gmail, log into your work account only. This will prompt Android to create a work profile. Follow the prompts.

After the work profile is completed, return to the first step of finding a Play Store with a briefcase icon.

Download Dialpad from the play store and log in with Google.

Follow all prompts.

Re log in to any personal accounts.
