Atlas Call Log Follow
To view the call log in Atlas, click Calls - Call log in the left-hand menu.
Ensure the company is set to Westward360 and that the division is selected.
Include all statuses to receive thorough search results. (open, pending, solved, closed). Set priority to All, and use the search bar if necessary to narrow down results.
Sort by caller name or subject to see multiple calls regarding the same topic.
View the call details to see call information, including caller, tags used (and the corresponding reference note), and Zendesk communication history. For information on updating the reference note, see - Atlas - Reference Notes.
