Send: Only collect emails if you know all respondents will be signed into a Google account. Choose link, and shorten URL, to paste a survey link into an email or letter.
Response information can be viewed through the response tab.

Check the settings tab to ensure they are correct for your needs. Only users signed in with a Google email address will be allowed to respond, depending on your settings. Keep as many settings OFF as possible unless you know all respondents have a google account.
Some pre-created templates exist in the Template Gallery, including Bike Room Inventory, Facade and Roof Questionnaire, Unit Access Needed, and Window Questionnaire.
