Atlas - Vendor List Follow
A property vendor list is an important tool for the management team to reference the historical vendors for each property. To view the vendor list in Atlas, click on the Vendors tab under the property profile.
This will show the current building vendors. To add a vendor, click “Edit” in the top right corner, then underneath, click “Add Vendor.”
Only vendors that W360 has previously paid will be included as options for the list. Company-wide vendor information will automatically import under the added vendor profile.
Each vendor profile will include property specific details as well as global details.
Click the “Edit” button in the top right hand corner of the vendor profile to edit the vendor property details.
Preference, Vendor Type (ex: Electrician, Plumber, Garage Door Repair, etc.) Notes, Tags, Account Numbers, and Contact Information should all be included.
The tag is an essential part of the CSR response. When receiving a call about a specific issue, this tag will automatically bring up the building vendor for this type of call, saving CSR from looking up this information manually or contacting the manager.
Category and subcategory should not be added manually as long as a tag is selected. When you choose a tag, those sections will fill in automatically. Begin typing the key words related to the vendor in the tag category, and a dropdown will appear with all related tag names.
A full list of available tags can be found in the left hand menu under “Calls - Settings.” These are the same tags used for reference notes.
